Our Warranty Service include three types of policies, “5 days Return for Physical Damage or Wrong Delivery Policy”, “Limited 30 days Warranty Policy”, and “No Cash Refund Policy”. Product(s) must be purchased from Eliossive.com or it will not be entitle to our warranty service.
5 days Return for Physical Damage or Wrong Delivery Policy
If for any physical damage or wrong delivery with the item(s) you received, you may return it for a replacement under the below conditions:
- Client should inform support@eliossive.com within 5 days after your order was delivered to you.
- Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
- We do not accept returns of item(s) that do not have a RID code, and that we did not agree on. Please refer below for a proper return procedure and how to get a RID code.
Return procedure for physical damage product:
- Email to support@eliossive.com within 5 days after your order was delivered to you with the following information:
- Your full name, contact number and billing address (include mailing address if is different).
- Order ID and the date the product was received.
- The list of items to be exchanged (Product Name and Model Number).
- The reason why you would like to return your items.
- Pictures of the spotted damage as to allow us to validate the product is indeed defective. You may still initiate a return request without proper picture(s), but if there is no damage issue is involved during our inspection after we received the return item(s), the replacement shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. When return is motivated by a damage issue, we would replace the defective item at our cost, providing that our return procedure has been followed.
- Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you a RID code and shipping instruction. This RID code should be referred to for any further correspondence inherent to this return.
- Upon receipt of your RID code, please ship back the item(s) we agreed on and follow all shipping instruction provided by support@eliossive.com to avoid any complication.
- Please email us with a tracking number of your return.
Limited 30 days Warranty policy
Unless otherwise stated in the “Description” field or any area intended to explain or describe a specific product in Eliossive.com, all product(s) purchased through Eliossive.com naturally comes with a limited 30 days warranty. This warranty duration will begin from the day you receive your product(s). Limited 30 days Warranty Policy only cover product(s)’s operating ability, any issue related to physical damage or defects please refer to “5 days Return for Physical Damage or Wrong Delivery Policy“.
If product(s) purchased from Eliossive.com malfunction within 30 days since the day it was delivered, client could initiate a return request for a replacement under the below conditions:
- Client should inform support@eliossive.com within 30 days after your order was delivered to you.
- Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
- We do not accept returns of item(s) that do not have a RID code, and that we did not agree on. Please refer below for a proper return procedure and how to get a RID code.
Note: We recommend all client to first contact us through the appropriate channel listed in “Contact Us” menu which can be found in Eliossive.com web site for troubleshooting advise before initiating a return request. This is to avoid any unnecessary return expenses as sometimes the issues might cause by incorrect operating method.
Return procedure for Limited 30 days Warranty:
- Email to support@eliossive.com within 30 days after your order was delivered to you with the following information:

No Cash Refund Policy
Eliossive Sdn. Bhd. practice “No Cash Refund” policy. In the event of product discontinuance, revision, cessation or any form of event where product(s) is not available for replacement, we will refund you with store credit. Value of the store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price of the product(s) that is eligible for replacement. The store credit will be credited into the account created in Eliossive.com used to purchased the product(s) eligible for replacement. Any subsequent purchase in Eliossive.com using this account will deduct the store credit according to the value of the purchase. Remaining of the store credit will remain in the client’s account and cannot be refunded in cash. Client will have to pay for the difference if the total purchase price is more than the store credit.
Return Expenses
Please be informed that we do not bear the return expenses; for example but not limited to shipping fees, custom clearance, packaging, etc shall be bear by the Returner. The item must be carefully packed and returned to us in good condition. Eliossive Sdn. Bhd. will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Eliossive Sdn. Bhd. reserved the right to use any kind of delivery service for the replacement and all expenses shall be bear by the recipient.
Warranty service is rendered NULL AND VOID if:
- Failure or damage, which are caused by excessive dropping, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
- Failure or damage is caused by improper use, storage or maintenance.
- Damage is caused by battery leakage.
- Customers cannot supply original sales receipt or any proper form of proof of purchase from Eliossive.com.
- Unauthorized third party component(s) have been installed on the product(s).
- Unauthorized third party repair has been performed on the product(s).
- Genuine Eliossive Sdn. Bhd.’s warranty sticker and logo sticker is NOT in tack on the product(s) or was tempered. It is in our discretion to acknowledge the authenticity and condition of the warranty sticker and logo sticker. The warranty sticker will be placed on the product where it may or may not be visible to the client, it is in our discretion to decide the warranty sticker placement. Refer below for warranty sticker and logo sticker image, colors and image details may differ depending on the user monitor.

Statement
- Product appearance is excluded in the warranty service.
- If there is conflict between Eliossive Sdn. Bhd.’s warranty rules and other warranty service details, Eliossive Sdn. Bhd.’s rules will be applied.
- The rights of the amendment, interpretation of these rules are reserved by Eliossive Sdn. Bhd..
- The rules will be applied since the release of the rules.
Changes to our Warranty Service Policy
Eliossive.com have the rights to do any changes/updates to our Warranty Service Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers. Please check back frequently, as this policy may change from time to time. The date of the most recent update to the Warranty Service Policy will be indicated at the top of this page.
